Growing up, I had a somewhat idle interest in photography, picking up a camera every once and a while over the years, but with no real attention paid to it. I didn’t start to truly zero in on photography as a serious passion until 2013.

I originally started by shooting theatre, which I’d be doing (as an actor and tech) for nearly 20 years, making it an obvious way to blend the two hobbies. I then began to dabble in portraiture a bit here and there, but it was my shift to concert photography that really got me hooked.

Among the organizations I’ve shot for are Vanderbilt University Law School, Williamson County Parks & Recreation, Chaffin’s Barn Dinner Theater, LEAD Public Schools, and Darkhorse Theater.

My work has appeared in USA Today, American Theatre magazine, The Tennessean, the Nashville Scene, Nashville Arts magazine, and Out & About Nashville.

I’m based in Nashville, Tennessee, and will happily work anywhere in the surrounding area (from Clarksville to Spring Hill, from Dickson to Murfreesboro; as long as I’ve got solid music for the drive, I’m happy).

If you have a project that you’d like to work on that is outside the Middle Tennessee area, I’d love to talk to you about it further to work something out.
